Homemade granola bars
A healthier and tastier alternative to store bought bars

1 Silicone mold 16 count
- 1 cup natural creamy peanut butter
- ⅔ cup honey
- 1.5 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 scoops protein powder we use Ascent brand (vanilla or chocolate)
- 2 ⅓ cups whole oats
- ¼ cup crushed mixed nuts
Add peanut butter, honey, vanilla extract, and protein powder to mixing bowl and mix
Add oats and crushed mixed nuts to mixing bowl and mix
Separate into 16 bars in mold and smush mixture down for storage
Store covered in fridge
