  • 1 tbsp Peanut butter (frozen, or use ice cubes)
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 scoop Creatine 5g
  • 1 scoop Protein powder
  • Some Ice cubes (or frozen banana)

Instructions

  • Add milk to blender
  • Add remaining ingredients to blender
