Homemade granola bars

Equipment

  • 1 Mixer
  • 1 Silicone mold 16 count

Ingredients

  • 1 cup natural creamy peanut butter
  • cup honey
  • 2 scoops protein powder we use Ascent brand (vanilla or chocolate)
  • 2 ⅓ cups whole oats

Instructions

  • Add peanut butter, honey, and protein powder to mixing bowl and mix
  • Add oats to mixing bowl and mix
  • Separate into 16 bars in mold and smush mixture down for storage
  • Store covered in fridge
