Homemade granola bars

- 1 Silicone mold 16 count
Ingredients
- 1 cup natural creamy peanut butter
- ⅔ cup honey
- 2 scoops protein powder we use Ascent brand (vanilla or chocolate)
- 2 ⅓ cups whole oats
Instructions
- Add peanut butter, honey, and protein powder to mixing bowl and mix
- Add oats to mixing bowl and mix
- Separate into 16 bars in mold and smush mixture down for storage
- Store covered in fridge
