Ingredients
- 1.33 pounds Grass fed ground beef
- 2.5 cups Jasmine rice
- 0.5 cups Soy sauce
- 0.5 cups Mirin
- 0.25 cups sugar
Instructions
- Mix soy sauce, mirin, and sugar in sauce pot and simmer for 30 minutes stirring occasionally
- Rinse and cook rice in cooker covering the rice with approximately 1 inch of water
- Cook ground beef in skillet
- After 30 minutes, pour sauce over ground beef and stir to combine
- Separate ground beef and rice into 5 serving containers
