Ingredients

  • 1.33 pounds Grass fed ground beef
  • 2.5 cups Jasmine rice
  • 0.5 cups Soy sauce
  • 0.5 cups Mirin
  • 0.25 cups sugar

Instructions

  • Mix soy sauce, mirin, and sugar in sauce pot and simmer for 30 minutes stirring occasionally
  • Rinse and cook rice in cooker covering the rice with approximately 1 inch of water
  • Cook ground beef in skillet
  • After 30 minutes, pour sauce over ground beef and stir to combine
  • Separate ground beef and rice into 5 serving containers
